Dr. Sarah Luebke is a soprano, voice pedagogue, and Assistant Professor of Voice at Bowling Green State University. A 2025 American Prize Second Place Winner, she has appeared as a soloist in concert works including Handel’s Messiah, Brahms’ Ein deutsches Requiem, Poulenc’s Gloria, Rossini’s Stabat Mater, Bach’s St. Matthew Passion, Vaughan Williams’ A Sea Symphony, Whitbourn’s Annelies, and Fauré’s Requiem. She made her Carnegie Hall debut in 2023 performing Vivaldi’s Magnificat and made her National Sawdust debut in 2026 performing Jennifer Higdon’s Love Sweet.

A passionate advocate for contemporary vocal music, Luebke has collaborated with composers including Chen Yi, Missy Mazzoli, Benjamin Moore, and James Whitbourn. She is a regular performer on the BGSU New Music Festival. An active clinician and scholar, Luebke has performed and presented at the Cascade Song Festival and presented her research and pedagogy at Ohio Music Education Association, National Association of Teachers of Singing, and College Music Society conferences. She regularly gives masterclasses, recitals, and workshops.

Luebke was selected for the 2022 NATS Intern Program and received the 2022 NATS Mario Martinez Intern Prize and the 2020 Eastman School of Music Teaching Assistant Prize. Her students have earned recognition at state, regional, and national NATS auditions and have been accepted to leading institutions including The Juilliard School, Eastman School of Music, Boston Conservatory, Interlochen, and Brevard.

Luebke holds a DMA in Vocal Performance from the Eastman School of Music, an MM from the University of Kentucky, and a BM from St. Olaf College. She serves on the board of Ohio NATS and previously served as Membership Director for New York NATS.
